\u4eca\u5929\u9996\u5ea6\u5c55\u51fa\u300c\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u6c23\u6de8\u5316\u7cfb\u7d71 2.0\u300d\uff08CAPS 2.0\uff09\u3002\u6b64\u5283\u6642\u4ee3\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u767c\u660e\u7531\u4fe1\u548c\u5275\u610f\u7814\u767c\u5ba4\u8207\u5967\u96c5\u7d0d\uff08Arup\uff09\u5171\u540c\u958b\u767c\uff0c\u4e26\u7d44\u88dd\u6210\u70ba\u5df4\u58eb\u7ad9\u5019\u8eca\u4ead\uff0c\u52d9\u6c42\u5728\u4eba\u53e3\u7a20\u5bc6\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u6539\u5584\u9644\u8fd1\u7a7a\u6c23\u8cea\u7d20\u3002CAPS 2.0 \u5df4\u58eb\u7ad9\u5019\u8eca\u4ead\u70ba\u5be6\u7269\u539f\u5927\uff0c\u5c07\u65bc 2021 \u5e74 4 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u81f3 6 \u6708 6 \u65e5\u5728\u4e2d\u897f\u5340\u6d77\u6ff1\u9577\u5eca\uff08\u4e2d\u74b0\u6bb5\uff09\u5c55\u51fa\uff0c\u8b93\u516c\u773e\u7387\u5148\u9ad4\u9a57\u9019\u500b\u63a1\u7528\u5148\u9032\u904e\u6ffe\u548c\u6d88\u6bd2\u6280\u8853\u7684\u5d84\u65b0\u7a7a\u6c23\u6de8\u5316\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\u5c07\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u5217\u70ba\u5f71\u97ff\u4eba\u985e\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6700\u5927\u55ae\u4e00\u74b0\u5883\u554f\u984c\uff0cCAPS 2.0 \u6b63\u662f\u89e3\u6c7a\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u5d84\u65b0\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u5176\u5c08\u5229\u6280\u8853\u53ef\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u534a\u958b\u653e\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u56de\u6536\u53ca\u6de8\u5316\u7a7a\u6c23\uff0c\u4e26\u5df2\u8b49\u5be6\u80fd\u5c07\u7a7a\u6c23\u4e2d\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u6e1b\u534a\uff1b\u9664\u53bb\u7a7a\u6c23\u4e2d 99.95% \u7684 PM0.1 \u81f4\u654f\u539f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u65bc\u6578\u79d2\u5167\u6d88\u6ec5\u75c5\u6bd2\u3001\u7d30\u83cc\u548c\u771f\u83cc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4fe1\u548c\u96c6\u5718\u526f\u4e3b\u5e2d\u9ec3\u6c38\u5149\u5148\u751f\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u4fe1\u548c\u96c6\u5718\u81f4\u529b\u63a8\u52d5\u5275\u65b0\u79d1\u6280\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u90fd\u5e02\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5c0d\u65bc\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u6c23\u6de8\u5316\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c62\u7372\u6b8a\u69ae\uff0c\u4e26\u7372\u5f97\u6b63\u9762\u8a55\u50f9\u611f\u5230\u5341\u5206\u9f13\u821e\uff0c\u4ea6\u671f\u671b CAPS 2.0 \u672a\u4f86\u5c07\u7372\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5c0d\u6539\u5584\u4eba\u5011\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u7522\u751f\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u7531\u4ed6\u5011\u6bcf\u5929\u65bc\u8def\u908a\u5019\u8eca\u6642\u611f\u53d7\u6f54\u6de8\u7a7a\u6c23\u958b\u59cb\u3002\u6211\u5011\u975e\u5e38\u69ae\u5e78\u80fd\u5920\u8207\u672c\u5730\u7684\u512a\u79c0\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5275\u5efa\u9019\u500b\u7372\u570b\u969b\u734e\u9805\u7684\u793e\u5340\u9805\u76ee\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u4fe1\u548c\u96c6\u5718\u5275\u65b0\u806f\u5e2d\u8463\u4e8b\u694a\u5b5f\u748b\u5148\u751f\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u4fe1\u548c\u5275\u610f\u7814\u767c\u5ba4\u6df1\u4fe1\uff0c\u7576\u672c\u6e2f\u521d\u5275\u4f01\u696d\u3001\u767c\u660e\u5bb6\u53ca\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u5f97\u5230\u9069\u7576\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u5c07\u53ef\u7814\u767c\u51fa\u5283\u6642\u4ee3\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002CAPS 2.0 \u6b63\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6700\u4f73\u5178\u7bc4\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u5c07\u5fd7\u540c\u9053\u5408\u7684\u5925\u4f34\u9023\u7e6b\u8d77\u4f86\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u52a0\u5feb\u7814\u767c\u51fa\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u61c9\u5c0d\u73fe\u5be6\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u7684\u7a2e\u7a2e\u6311\u6230\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>CAPS 2.0 \u80fd\u6709\u6548\u963b\u9694\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u9032\u5165\u7c37\u7bf7\u4e0b\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u770b\u4e0d\u898b\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u4fdd\u8b77\u76fe\uff0c\u62bd\u5165\u9644\u8fd1\u53d7\u6c61\u67d3\u7a7a\u6c23\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u88dd\u7f6e\u5167\u7522\u751f\u6c23\u6d41\u4ee5\u6de8\u5316\u7a7a\u6c23\u3002\u6c61\u67d3\u7a7a\u6c23\u9032\u5165\u7cfb\u7d71\u5f8c\uff0c\u6703\u9032\u884c\u96d9\u91cd\u904e\u6ffe\u6de8\u5316\uff0c\u53bb\u9664\u7a7a\u6c23\u4e2d\u6709\u5bb3\u7684\u61f8\u6d6e\u7c92\u5b50\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6d88\u6ec5\u51a0\u72c0\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5967\u96c5\u7d0d\u5de5\u7a0b\u9867\u554f\u6e6f\u632f\u6b0a\u535a\u58eb\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300c\u5967\u96c5\u7d0d\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u80fd\u7372\u4fe1\u548c\u96c6\u5718\u59d4\u8a17\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u7814\u767c \u6280\u8853\u3002\u4eca\u5929\u5c55\u51fa\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u96a8\u6642\u53ef\u63a8\u51fa\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u5168\u8cf4\u7814\u767c\u5718\u968a\u904e\u53bb\u4e94\u5e74\u4e00\u76f4\u5168\u529b\u4ee5\u8d74\uff0c\u7cbe\u76ca\u6c42\u7cbe\uff0c\u4e26\u7372\u5f97\u591a\u9805\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ca\u767c\u660e\u5c08\u5229\u3002\u5967\u96c5\u7d0d\u6709\u5e78\u80fd\u5920\u53c3\u8207\u9019\u500b\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u793e\u6703\u5e36\u4f86\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>CAPS 2.0 \u8a2d\u8a08\u5e2b Charis Ng \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u667a\u6167\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u5fc5\u9808\u517c\u9867\u53ca\u878d\u5408\u56db\u5468\u7684\u5e02\u5340\u666f\u7269\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u80fd\u5c07\u6240\u6709\u6280\u8853\u5275\u65b0\u5143\u7d20\u4ee5\u7f8e\u89c0\u6642\u5c1a\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5448\u73fe\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u591a\u91cd\u7a7a\u6c23\u6de8\u5316\u548c\u6d88\u6bd2\u6280\u8853\u3001\u5be6\u6642\u986f\u793a\u87a2\u5e55\u53ca\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u96fb\u677f\u7b49\uff0c\u73fe\u6642\u7684 CAPS 2.0 \u5df4\u58eb\u7ad9\u5019\u8eca\u4ead\u6b63\u597d\u8207\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u666f\u8c8c\u4e92\u76f8\u8f1d\u6620\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u5df2\u7372\u53d6\u5c08\u5229\u7684 CAPS 2.0 \u662f 2015 \u5e74\u9996\u5275\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e4b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4ee3\u539f\u578b\uff0c\u5c62\u7372\u6b8a\u69ae\uff0c\u5305\u62ec 2019 \u5e74\u7b2c 47 \u5c46\u65e5\u5167\u74e6\u570b\u969b\u767c\u660e\u5c55\u7684\u91d1\u734e\u548c\u5de5\u696d\u8a2d\u8a08\u5927\u734e\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca 2019 \u5e74\u5ea6\u77fd\u8c37\u570b\u969b\u767c\u660e\u5c55\u7684\u8a55\u5224\u7279\u5225\u5609\u8a31\u91d1\u734e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u73fe\u884c\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u65b9\u6848\uff0cCAPS 2.0 \u5177\u5099\u591a\u7a2e\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4fc3\u9032\u90fd\u5e02\u4eba\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u6b64\u6280\u8853\u53ef\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u5404\u7a2e\u5efa\u7bc9\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u3002\u4e9e\u6d32\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u57ce\u5e02\u4eba\u53e3\u7a20\u5bc6\uff0c\u4e14\u64c1\u6709\u5b8c\u5584\u516c\u5171\u4ea4\u901a\u7db2\u7d61\uff0c\u300c\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u6c23\u6de8\u5316\u7cfb\u7d71\u300d\u56e0\u800c\u5177\u5099\u767c\u5c55\u6f5b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>4 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u81f3 6 \u6708 6 2.0
