2.0\uff09\u3002\u6b64\u5212\u65f6\u4ee3\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u53d1\u660e\u7531\u4fe1\u548c\u521b\u610f\u7814\u53d1\u5ba4\u4e0e\u5965\u96c5\u7eb3\uff08Arup\uff09\u5171\u540c\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u5e76\u7ec4\u88c5\u6210\u4e3a\u5df4\u58eb\u7ad9\u5019\u8f66\u4ead\uff0c\u52a1\u6c42\u5728\u4eba\u53e3\u7a20\u5bc6\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u6539\u5584\u9644\u8fd1\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u7d20\u3002 CAPS 2.0 \u5df4\u58eb\u7ad9\u5019\u8f66\u4ead\u4e3a\u5b9e\u7269\u539f\u5927\uff0c\u5c06\u4e8e 2021 \u5e74 4 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u81f3 6 \u6708 6 \u65e5\u5728\u4e2d\u897f\u533a\u6d77\u6ee8\u957f\u5eca\uff08\u4e2d\u73af\u6bb5\uff09\u5c55\u51fa\uff0c\u8ba9\u516c\u4f17\u7387\u5148\u4f53\u9a8c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u91c7\u7528\u5148\u8fdb\u8fc7\u6ee4\u548c\u6d88\u6bd2\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5d2d\u65b0\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e16\u754c\u536b\u751f\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5c06\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u5217\u4e3a\u5f71\u54cd\u4eba\u7c7b\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6700\u5927\u5355\u4e00\u73af\u5883\u95ee\u9898\uff0cCAPS 2.0 \u6b63\u662f\u89e3\u51b3\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u6c14\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u5d2d\u65b0\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u5176\u4e13\u5229\u6280\u672f\u53ef\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u534a\u5f00\u653e\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u56de\u6536\u53ca\u51c0\u5316\u7a7a\u6c14\uff0c\u5e76\u5df2\u8bc1\u5b9e\u80fd\u5c06\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u51cf\u534a\uff1b\u9664\u53bb\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d 99.95% \u7684 PM0.1 \u81f4\u654f\u539f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e8e\u6570\u79d2\u5185\u6d88\u706d\u75c5\u6bd2\u3001\u7ec6\u83cc\u548c\u771f\u83cc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4fe1\u548c\u96c6\u56e2\u526f\u4e3b\u5e2d\u9ec4\u6c38\u5149\u5148\u751f\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u4fe1\u548c\u96c6\u56e2\u81f4\u529b\u63a8\u52a8\u521b\u65b0\u79d1\u6280\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u90fd\u5e02\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u4e8e\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u5c61\u83b7\u6b8a\u8363\uff0c\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u6b63\u9762\u8bc4\u4ef7\u611f\u5230\u5341\u5206\u9f13\u821e\uff0c\u4ea6\u671f\u671b CAPS 2.0 \u672a\u6765\u5c06\u83b7\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u5bf9\u6539\u5584\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u4ea7\u751f\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u7531\u4ed6\u4eec\u6bcf\u5929\u4e8e\u8def\u8fb9\u5019\u8f66\u65f6\u611f\u53d7\u6d01\u51c0\u7a7a\u6c14\u5f00\u59cb\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u975e\u5e38\u8363\u5e78\u80fd\u591f\u4e0e\u672c\u5730\u7684\u4f18\u79c0\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u521b\u5efa\u8fd9\u4e2a\u83b7\u56fd\u9645\u5956\u9879\u7684\u793e\u533a\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u4fe1\u548c\u96c6\u56e2\u521b\u65b0\u8054\u5e2d\u8463\u4e8b\u6768\u5b5f\u748b\u5148\u751f\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u4fe1\u548c\u521b\u610f\u7814\u53d1\u5ba4\u6df1\u4fe1\uff0c\u5f53\u672c\u6e2f\u521d\u521b\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u53d1\u660e\u5bb6\u53ca\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u5f97\u5230\u9002\u5f53\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u5c06\u53ef\u7814\u53d1\u51fa\u5212\u65f6\u4ee3\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002CAPS 2.0 \u6b63\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6700\u4f73\u5178\u8303\uff0c\u663e\u793a\u5c06\u5fd7\u540c\u9053\u5408\u7684\u4f19\u4f34\u8fde\u7cfb\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u52a0\u5feb\u7814\u53d1\u51fa\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5e94\u5bf9\u73b0\u5b9e\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u7684\u79cd\u79cd\u6311\u6218\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>CAPS 2.0 \u80fd\u6709\u6548\u963b\u9694\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u8fdb\u5165\u6a90\u7bf7\u4e0b\u7684\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u770b\u4e0d\u89c1\u7684\u7a7a\u6c14\u4fdd\u62a4\u76fe\uff0c\u62bd\u5165\u9644\u8fd1\u53d7\u6c61\u67d3\u7a7a\u6c14\uff0c\u900f\u8fc7\u88c5\u7f6e\u5185\u4ea7\u751f\u6c14\u6d41\u4ee5\u51c0\u5316\u7a7a\u6c14\u3002\u6c61\u67d3\u7a7a\u6c14\u8fdb\u5165\u7cfb\u7edf\u540e\uff0c\u4f1a\u8fdb\u884c\u53cc\u91cd\u8fc7\u6ee4\u51c0\u5316\uff0c\u53bb\u9664\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u6709\u5bb3\u7684\u60ac\u6d6e\u7c92\u5b50\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u6d88\u706d\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5965\u96c5\u7eb3\u5de5\u7a0b\u987e\u95ee\u6c64\u632f\u6743\u535a\u58eb\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300c\u5965\u96c5\u7eb3\u5f88\u9ad8\u5174\u80fd\u83b7\u4fe1\u548c\u96c6\u56e2\u59d4\u6258\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u7814\u53d1 \u6280\u672f\u3002\u4eca\u5929\u5c55\u51fa\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u968f\u65f6\u53ef\u63a8\u51fa\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5168\u8d56\u7814\u53d1\u56e2\u961f\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e94\u5e74\u4e00\u76f4\u5168\u529b\u4ee5\u8d74\uff0c\u7cbe\u76ca\u6c42\u7cbe\uff0c\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u591a\u9879\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53ca\u53d1\u660e\u4e13\u5229\u3002\u5965\u96c5\u7eb3\u6709\u5e78\u80fd\u591f\u53c2\u4e0e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6709\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5bf9\u5168\u7403\u793e\u4f1a\u5e26\u6765\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>CAPS \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u667a\u6167\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u5fc5\u987b\u517c\u987e\u53ca\u878d\u5408\u56db\u5468\u7684\u5e02\u533a\u666f\u7269\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5f88\u9ad8\u5174\u80fd\u5c06\u6240\u6709\u6280\u672f\u521b\u65b0\u5143\u7d20\u4ee5\u7f8e\u89c2\u65f6\u5c1a\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5448\u73b0\uff0c\u5f53\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u591a\u91cd\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u548c\u6d88\u6bd2\u6280\u672f\u3001\u5b9e\u65f6\u663e\u793a\u8424\u5e55\u53ca\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u677f\u7b49\uff0c\u73b0\u65f6\u7684 \u662f 2015 \u5e74\u9996\u521b\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e4b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4ee3\u539f\u578b\uff0c\u5c61\u83b7\u6b8a\u8363\uff0c\u5305\u62ec 2019 \u5e74\u7b2c 47 \u5c4a\u65e5\u5185\u74e6\u56fd\u9645\u53d1\u660e\u5c55\u7684\u91d1\u5956\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5927\u5956\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca 2019 \u5e74\u5ea6\u77fd\u8c37\u56fd\u9645\u53d1\u660e\u5c55\u7684\u8bc4\u5224\u7279\u522b\u5609\u8bb8\u91d1\u5956\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u73b0\u884c\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u65b9\u6848\uff0cCAPS 2.0 \u5177\u5907\u591a\u79cd\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4fc3\u8fdb\u90fd\u5e02\u4eba\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u6b64\u6280\u672f\u53ef\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u5404\u79cd\u5efa\u7b51\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u3002\u4e9a\u6d32\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u57ce\u5e02\u4eba\u53e3\u7a20\u5bc6\uff0c\u4e14\u62e5\u6709\u5b8c\u5584\u516c\u5171\u4ea4\u901a\u7f51\u7edc\uff0c\u300c\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u6c14\u51c0\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u300d\u56e0\u800c\u5177\u5907\u53d1\u5c55\u6f5c\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>4
