COOLJET

Designed as a ‘wearable air-conditioner’ for use in an environment where ventilation and high temperature may be of concern, COOLJET was the champion of Sino Group’s inaugural Sinovation programme in 2019, it also won Gold Medal at the Special Edition of the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva in 2021.

COOLJET is a patented double-layer apparel, fitted with a temperature-modulating device comprising a thermoelectric cooler, an air distribution system and a cooling system, which allows cool air to flow through the entire jacket between the layers while heat is dissipated into the surroundings.

The air holes on the inner layer convey cool air to the wearer’s skin while hot air returns to the system for cooling. This closed loop, formed inside the layers, results in less energy consumption. Complemented with an ergonomically designed belt, COOLJET helps reduce operator fatigue while enhancing comfort.
